About EAGLE St. Louis

EAGLE schools are open enrollment public charter schools for scholars beginning in kindergarten and progressing through 8th grade. The EAGLE name describes our unique approach: “Expecting Academic Greatness with a Loving Emphasis®.” EAGLE schools pursue academic excellence in a safe, supportive and loving learning environment.

We’re a growing network of schools, working with parents and community leaders to bring our experience, proven results, and serving leadership style to communities that are seeking to enhance the educational choices available to families.

One child, one school, one community at a time

The first EAGLE school in Arizona, EAGLE South Mountain opened in Phoenix in 2008. By 2011, that school was among the highest performing schools in its district and named among the top three finalists in the state for “Charter School of the Year” out of 524 schools.

Building on our success in Arizona, EAGLE opened a region in St. Louis, Missouri. EAGLE Tower Grove South opened in 2013 and serves scholars in K-8th grades. EAGLE Fox Park opened in 2015 with grades K-3. In 2016, EAGLE Tower Grove East opened with grades K-3 to serve even more families in the South St. Louis area. Most recently, EAGLE Gravois Park opened in 2017. We’re still growing, and all EAGLE St. Louis campuses will serve scholars in grades K-8th by the 2021 school year.

Learning That Lasts

Just as each community we serve is unique, EAGLE’s educational approach is unique among high-performing schools. We combine rigorous academics with a character formation journey for scholars and their teachers. Through this journey, EAGLE scholars form the internally motivated character that is necessary to make good decisions both inside and outside the classroom.

EAGLE scholars are not only proving what is possible academically – they also learn to be lifelong learners, applying their education in service to their families and their communities.
