Tracy Allen

tracy.allen [at] eagleharmony.org (Tracy Allen)   Founding Principal

Tracy has a diverse background including working in the technology industry before teaching 3rd, 4th, and 6th grade “at risk” students and English Language Learners (ELL) in the Phoenix area. She has also been a data/instructional coach, working with teachers to improve the quality of education for all students. As Dean of Students at EAGLE Harmony during the 2012/13 school year, Tracy worked closely with the principal to coach and guide staff, handled student discipline issues, worked closely with parents, led the students and staff through culture building using Character Counts and implemented a school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiative. At the end of the school year she took on the role as Interim Principal while the principal was out on maternity leave. She closed the school year successfully and helped to onboard the new leadership team at EAGLE Harmony.

As the founding school leader, Tracy will be the driving force in the successful opening and subsequent development of EAGLE College Prep: Mesa.  She will continuously build a high performing K-8 school where students start on the road to college and build their character preparing them for lives as Serving Leaders, create a school that is a sustainable, replicable, and scalable for academic success, and successfully pioneer a hybrid model school utilizing technology to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Tracy continues to grow as a leader by participating in programs such as the Aspiring Leaders Fellowship through the Arizona Charter Schools Association and completing her doctorate degree in educational leadership with an emphasis in curriculum and instruction.
